We want to transform the most important detail of our brides' special day – finding their dream wedding dress – into a unique experience. To ensure we can fully focus on you, understand your personal tastes, and offer designs that best suit your dreams, we have restructured our wedding dress consultation appointment service at our Istanbul Nisantasi store.
Now, our first appointments at the Nisantasi store will be conducted for a FEE and, if you meet the requirements, with a REFUND, to offer a more personalized, detailed, and enjoyable process. Our fee includes your dedicated time, professional consultation, and a thoughtful experience that helps you find your dream wedding dress.
Your appointment fee is part of this experience tailored specifically for you and will be refunded upon your appointment or if you cancel your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Terms and Conditions of Refundable Appointment Service
- As of April 2, 2025, all wedding dress appointments at our Istanbul Nisantasi store, excluding virtual appointments, are CHARGEABLE and REFUNDABLE if the following conditions are met:
- All fitting appointments at our Ankara Tunalı Hilmi store, except for the "Quick Appointment Service," are FREE,
- The "Refundable Appointment Service" at our Istanbul Nisantasi store costs US$ 40 (fourty). All appointments, except for VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS, are collected in advance and only via "Bank Transfer." - Trial appointment fee; Refunds are issued to brides-to-be when they ATTEND their appointments or if they NOTIFY us at least 24 hours in advance that they CANNOT ATTEND. The refund process takes 1-7 days and is only made to the bank account from which the payment was sent,
- "Virtual Appointments" are FREE at all our stores,
- Payment must be transferred to the above bank account for the trial appointment request to be approved and recorded in the system,
- "Fast Appointment Service" is EXTRA CHARGEABLE at all our stores,
- Trial appointments at all our stores are limited to 1 hour and 5 wedding dress models. Brides-to-be who wish to try on more models must reschedule their appointment for another day and time. Repeat appointments are subject to a fee at our Istanbul Nişantaşı store and are refundable if the conditions are met. Repeat appointments are FREE at our Ankara Tunalı store,
- To cancel your paid appointment and receive a refund, we kindly request that you contact the relevant store by phone, email, or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment date and time. Appointment fees will NOT be refunded to brides-to-be who do not notify us of their cancellation at least 24 hours before their appointment time.
