
The high demand for our Dai Wedding bridal collections can sometimes lead to busy stores, leaving brides-to-be unable to find available appointment dates and times. While we always recommend that brides-to-be submit their appointment requests at least 10 days in advance, the hustle and bustle of wedding preparations doesn't always allow for this. At Dai Wedding, we aim to ease the tedious, albeit somewhat tedious, process of wedding preparation by scheduling appointments on the requested date with our "Express Appointment Service."
Express Appointment Service Terms and Conditions
- Brides-to-be using the service can only specify the day they want to make an appointment. The time slots may vary depending on our stores,
- The service fee is US$ 60 (sixty). Payment is required to schedule the appointment date and time. If a wedding dress from our collection is purchased within three months of the appointment, the express appointment service fee payment will be offset against the purchase price of the product(s), and brides-to-be will not incur any financial losses,
- The service fee paid is valid for one appointment request and is non-refundable if the appointment is made on the specified date and time,
- Brides-to-be who inform us at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before their appointment that they will not be able to attend will receive a refund. Brides-to-be who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund,
- Appointments are limited to 60 minutes and 5 (five) dresses try-ons.
